Beam -- you might want to check the frozen foods aisle of your grocery store to see if you can get them that way. That would be for the breaded/fried ones. We can get the fresh ones in our grocery stores (less likely for you) and I can also get ones that are just
hours old at the farmer's market on Saturdays. They are so fresh that they squeak. It's hard to describe fresh squeaky cheese curds, but they are oh so good!
