While nowhere near as huge as the Football equivalent, The Rugby World Cup gets underway on the 8th of Sept for the All Blacks with a game against Italy in Marseille. New Zealand won the inaugural competition in 1987 but hasn't won since and NZ Rugby fans believe another win is long overdue. Can Graham Henry's squad raise aloft the William Webb-Ellis Trophy this time or 'choke' once again? Time will tell...

No offence to the Kiwi members, but I'm sick to death of seeing the All-Blacks win.  Be nice to see them fall over.

I hope we win Grin It would be awesome to see the Webb-Ellis Trophy joining the Bledisloe Cup and Tri-Nations Trophy in our Trophy Cabinet this year! And would be awesome for us to have to defend it on home turf in 2011.

I think it's time they introduced a handicapping system, based on performances in the past year.  If they implement my idea, I'm looking forward to seeing the All Blacks roll out as a team of severed heads on skateboards.

You obviously don't understand the nature of a handicapping system.  That was a complement to your national tem, that was.  Or, as near to one as I can go.

Oh, I understand.  I just don't see it happening.  That is the nature of competitive sport these days.
