A guy near here stripped a garden to subsoil level and sold the topsoil, plants, shed, garden gates, etc. after a judge gave "the house and it's contents" to his ex-wife even though she had never worked, had children or even done any house work in the few years they had been together... and SHE was the cause of the divorce!!

He got done for it though  Undecided
