One night in our old house we got woken up by some guy in a pickup truck driving across our front yard.  Went out and saw that whoever it was had dug up all of the ornamental bushes next door.

Figured it was the landscaper reclaiming what he hadn't gotten paid for.

Fencing contractors put up £100's of fencing over the back from us... the owner did not pay (did not like the colour even though it was the one he had personally chosen).... so the contractor ripped out the fencing.. causing massive damage... and got away with it!
