A good idea, but what I'd want to send wouldn't ship well.  Recall a discussion on cheese curds which is something Beam is not familiar with.  The only way to experience them is to eat them within hours after they are made.  To do that, I'd have to get them early at our Saturday morning farmer's market in downtown Madison and then drive like a bat out of hell that day to Cleveland with the curds in a cooler while praying for the best!
