  Aw, that's not fair.  If the roles were reversed, I'd be happy to welcome more Welsh into England.  In fact, I don't think we have enough shaggy-bearded, badly-jumpered, pipe-smoking, rugby bores in our pubs.  I for one always look for the folk that look like poorly dressed eighteenth century Cornish fishermen, and station myself close enough so that I can hear their modest claims about themselves.  The building across the street, is usually close enough.
