I can vaguely remember playing in a stream as a kid with my mother. The place in question we moved from when i was 3.

Watching a crane fly bounce along the cealing, crash into a wall and  disappear down the back of the sofa.

I think I was about three.

To my young eyes the thing looked like it had a leg span as big as my head.

It scared the bejeezuz out of me.

I still wince when ever I see one to this day. I hate the little buggers.

watching Watch with mother at my gran and grandads (they looked after me while my mum and dad worked) it was before I started school so I would have been about 4 . I remember they had a beautiful pot black panther ornament on the meter cupboard and I knocked it off by accident and chipped it .............I remember running to the outside toilet and  hiding there and that place was full of flies which frightened me more than the telling off that I might get , but they were fine about it  Grin

I remember the house we lived in when I was 3. It was a wooden one with outdoor toilet and a stream or river at the bottom of the garden
