Oh how I agree with that one! I travel to work every day on the M20 and the culprits are equally british and foreign drivers - they overtake someone and then stay in that lane because they are going to overtake that lorry they can see in the distance over a mile away..... (I know because a colleague gave me a lift one day and used that excuse...!).

It's time the government made it illegal TO ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE UNDERTAKEN rather than illegal to undertake!
