nope... but i really don't know if i can be arsed restarting from scratch. Linux is easier and quicker to set up than windows, but to do them both before a computer is usable would be a pain.

I KNOWS!!!!

yeah I figured it out just after you left on msn while I was at work..

listen.. just start the ubuntu live cd and do the partitions with that..
either through system -> administration -> gparted
or with the setup thingy.. click next a couple of times until partitioning and click to setup manually.. apply the changes and exit setup.. I'd recommend the other way though.. just to be sure

i had corrupted files in my linux partition nearly had to do a complete format and reinstall.
