I used it (Ultimate) for a couple of months and put XP back on.

Apparently, though I've never seen it done, you can set Vista to "Classic Mode" (as you can with XP) and it turns into a Win3.11 lookalike...

I was 'Forced' to buy XP because All my Favourite Games were no longer being written for win98, IF they do the same thing again I will NOT be buying Vista (at Any Price!)

Bet it doesn't make it work any better, though.

well, after two months I can say
that I have gone off it , I can`t find anything , nothing is in the right place and yes , there is a classic view for some stuff and yes, I saw some stuff in the pcadvisor mag about downloading different programs to make it look different , but why should I have to mess about like that
And the bloody thing freezes non stop
~And it recommends that you don`t shut down the pc at night , that you only shut down to add memory or what not but this bloody thing is shut down at the plug most times that mega is on facebook or msn
hhhhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
