about beryl.. did you knew that..
it started with Compiz (by novel) then a couple of them geeks split to Beryl because of opinions.. but beryl became the popular one with lots of functions and compiz became the stable one.. now they decided to fuse again
so a new thingy will be around soon.. they're busy with making it stable and stuff.. I believe with the new beryl 0.2 you can pick Beryl, Compiz or Metacity desktop managers
