  Gordon Brown's much trumpeted hospital "deep clean" is in danger
  of becoming a "£50 million flash in the pan", cleaning

They are only making these comments to try and screw more money out of the NHS for cleaning to boost their  profits, I've noticed since this plan was announced our cleaning contractors standard has dropped so this squares with this idea.
