If you receive a call from this number 0203 1035180 it is a scam, if they actually speak to you they claim they are from First Assist/ Halifax/ BOS  and ask for personal details, don't give them under any circumstances.

I've had a call from them most days for the last two weeks when I'm at work, the one time I answered it I got no reply
