Reports are now saying that it allows hospitals to refuse to treat fatties, smokers, druggies and sports injuries...

That'll make the lawyers happy.  They'll make a mint challenging the thing in every court in the country.

HMG is now jumping up-and-down saying this will NOT affect fatties, etc... so that definately means it will.

Patients are being told of their "responsibilities" regarding their health and lifestyle, so that will cut any lawyers out, and herald the continuance towards private health care for at-risk groups.

Trust me, the lawyers will find a way, no matter who does what.  It's their nature to do so.

That's the trouble with the whole country, now.  We voted Tony Blair into office, because he looked better than the opposition.  We don't have any great Statesman, now.  Just a bunch of substance-free media whores.  That's a bit unfair to Brown, because I think he tries, but the man's a coward.
