None and no device like it.

I'm too cheap to buy music for it and too lazy to go through the process free or otherwise.  I'm happy with the radio options here and still love streaming Pandora on my PC.

Yeah... a lot of people use them at the gym, but since we don't have cable or dish TV at home, we're tuned into the TV.  Actually, probably not as true for me, I usually end up listening to the music stations on the TV!
