You're ISP is VirginMedia and they're capping you for daring to download anything....  Angry

They were reducing a 4Mb connection to 1Mb for 5 hours after 4pm if you downloaded "too much", but have now extended that from 11am to 9pm... without telling anyone  Angry Angry Angry
