just complained to BT, my connection speed has collapsed over the last week from 17 - 18Mb to about 3Mb

Why it connected to Sayreville (over 50 miles away) instead of Philadelphia (25 miles away) I don't know.   Odd.

That's better, I think BT have just fixed mine after my complaint as my router switched itself off about 15 mins ago and then restarted itself, just tested and got

Facebook is crawling and other sites slow too - seems to be since I scanned for spyware earlier today.
