To a well-oiled frying pan or wok, add 1 tspn each of turmeric, cumin, salt and chilli powder

Warm though, then add chopped veggies... typically white cabbage strips, cauli florets, onion chunks, but also you can add fresh chillies, green beans,green cabbage, etc., etc.

Stir fry until heated through... then serve still crunchy, coated with the yellow oil.

Serve with any curry sauce and plenty of rice.

The guys who taught me this ate this ate least TWICE a day! With raw chillies as a side salad!
