This is one out of my Mum's Recipe Book

Unsalted butter for greasing                             half tsp ground cinnamon
125g white self raising flour                              half tsp ground nutmeg
100g light brown self raising flour                      2 large ripe bananas
150g demerara sugar                                        175ml orange juice
pinch of salt                                                        2 eggs, beaten
 4 tbsp oil

Preheat oven to 180c/350f/Gas 4 Lightly grease & line a 1llb loaf tin
Sift the flours, sugar, salt & spices into large bowl
In a seperate bowl mash the bananas with the orange juice, then stir in the eggs & oil. Pour into the dry ingredients & mix well
Pour into prepared loaf tin & bake for 1 hour, then test to see if it's cooked. If not bake for a further 10 mins & test again
 Once cooled serve with honey
