Gas n leccie letters. They are both going up. What a shocker.
Renewal letter for wheelchair taxi vouchers and for the first time, they are not demanding pip statement.  Hurrah! Finally, some common sense.

You're currently on our Standard tariff which means the maximum a supplier can charge (known as the cap) is set by the energy regulator, Ofgem. To recognise the changes in the costs of supplying gas and electricity, Ofgem have raised the level of the cap, so we're increasing our prices to reflect this.

This means that the projected cost of your gas and electricity will increase by £141.21 a year from 1st April 2019.

As the cap is reviewed every six months the next review will be in August 2019 with any changes coming into effect in October.

So I lost the big discount for DD, now this? How is this supposed to help consumers? That's over a 12% rise!!

Letter from the DVLA asking for photos of both sides of a cheque they cashed in 2018. WTF? I asked the bank about it and they say that went out with the ark.

So I phoned DVLA and gave the case manager all the cheque details and she will chase it up with "financing".

They owe me £222.50 !!

Loobyloo (Dawn Morley) is livid because her son has just been refused a change from DLA to PIP, zero points throughout.

I've given her the next steps to take...
