It makes no sense. There are loads of complaints about touchpad problems.
And when you draw their attention to it, they completely ignore what you did to fix and offer crap solutions that don't work.
Then, of course, they'll send out an update, which you can't block, which "improves" things even more.
If I had W10, I'd block updates, entirely, as I have with W7. Disable the service, the lot. Apparently, they've stopped the W7 updates, which forced W10 on you and the recent W7 updates are supposed to remove all that.
As I commented, here, I still ain't gonna enable them.
