Total Twaddle

I woke before dawn, but dropped-off again until the lad made noise just before lunchtime. 

Skirt steak and chips later.

Sunset brought scant showers.

9c, still soggy and a chilli breeze today.

The only 8p veg left in Aldi was parsnips and red cabbage. In the normal area was loads more red cabbage, tiny things, and one HUGE white cabbage. It had the same barcode, so I was glad that it went through the till as 8p.

A guy in a diving suit was sent into the hole they made in the road this morning. He watched as they drained the water out of the hole, then sealed off the big leak.

The big job to replace the pipe will be done tomorrow, with water off for at least 3 hours.

Chicken fillet sliders, followed by jumbo sausages and a salad.

At the very bottom of the display, tucked away at the back behind large gammon hams, was one lone leg of NZ lamb, the biggest I have ever seen. And cheaper than Asda or Tesco.

The usual suspects dived in after I pulled it out, but the gammon was a barrier to many.

Aldi after the crowds had mostly dispersed. All tills open with queues!

Dry, but still damp, and the blue didn't last long.

Just had a free Christmas Hamper  from the local church!
