We are eating a lot of chicken and rice recently.

The lad requested stodge, so I have made a Bramley apple crumble.

I left the ladies in Tesco with their shopping trolleys.

They came home 3 HOURS LATER!     

They bought Basa fillets for this evening.

Fish. Chips and Mushy Peas

Had Hollands meat and potato pie for tea. I've got heartburn now.
So that's white bread off the menu forever
And now pastry is banished 
I've gone right off milk
I'll be vegetarian in a few years at this rate. Or maybe a gluten free, free from everything vegan.

Bolo is simmering for later.

And I've used beef mince for a chilli for the first time in a couple of years.

Breakfast - fried eggs, halloumi and sweet potato mash cakes.

The missus wants salmon.

Seared salmon and rice.
