A couple of forecasts were for snow in the evening. It didn't happen.

The barometer has dipped, and we have gusty Southerly wind carrying the occasional shower. 9c though!

We just had a robot message to say we are on Flood Alert, but the site shows no increase in level yet.

The last of today's rain passed over about 3pm. It's now the SW of England that is getting a good soaking.

The Taff has steeply climbed 2.5m in a couple of hours, so fingers crossed that it dips soon.

There was a pause in the rain after dark, and the Taff dipped, but then we had a really lumpy shower.

The Taff has risen again, to a scary height.  11c and still raining.

The Taff dropped 80cm in 2 hours. I think we're out of danger now.
