I shall drop the ladies off at the missus' clinic after lunch, then do a bit of shopping on the way home.

The nurse is due at any time, and a council bod is coming this afternoon to repair a leaking toilet soil pipe this afternoon.

The plumber has been. He couldn't undo the screws holding the pan, so he'll come back in a few days with a big hammer and a replacement bowl He noticed the overflow goes outside, so will replace the system for one that drains into the pan. And a new toilet seat!

I shall tend to the chillies in the greenhouse and trim the tomatoes that are outside.

Drizzle appeared and kept me indoors this morning, but it's drying again, so I'll hopefully get to sort the tomatoes.
