I had to postpone that as Tesco found the elusive medication. But I still had to wait 20 minutes, all alone, until they processed it.

Dacia called to arrange the service and MOT. I've only done well under 1000 miles since last year's oil change, so opted-out of the £212 oil and filter change. So it's just the 5-year coolant change and the MOT, £195.

The Phlebotomist was 40 minutes late, so the missus was in a queue for half an hour. Then the in-house blood analyser went on a go-slow, so the HBA1c and lipides tests took another half hour. The urine tester would not work, so she has to drop off another sample in a few days once it is fixed.
