I had an order for wood all sorted, then both B&Q and Wickes said they were out of stock again. When stock returns it'll be even more expensive I bet. Our new neighbours opposite have been having a lean-to "garden room" built. The total cost went up from £2.5k to £3.2k over 6 months, all down to material costs.

Food shop done, but took longer as they have the outside lane of the dual carriageway shut to cut the grass
