The Post Office has been "open" if the shop was open for many years. This weekend it's closed because the guy who speaks English is away. So no stamps on sale.

Lidl with the missus, then try to collect the missus' prescriptions.

I handed the missus' repeat prescription request to the receptionist last Monday, She printed it immediately and put it into the inbox for signing.

When, this afternoon, Tesco said they haven't received it yet, I phoned and was told it was signed last Thursday evening, ready for collection by Tesco.

A few minutes later, the receptionist phoned me to say that the missus' scripts actually still hadn't been signed, so she will put them on the GPs desk this evening.



Both the twins got letters from our GP today, asking them to make appointments to see the nurse to be weighed and BP taken, and then see the GP a week later. When Pol phoned to make the appointments, she was told that the Practice was supposed to be doing this for at least a decade, but have never done it for any "Learning Difficulty" patients.
