I helped elderly neighbours sort out their jet washer. The outside tap was only just turned on, so it kept resetting the pump.

Crown refit for the missus just before noon, then Lidl for a few tings. Then Pol to the local hospital to see her dietician.

Car being picked up for service and MOT between 9 and 10

I took the missus to the GP, but had to wait ages. As we got back, an elderly neighbour discovered a flat car battery. She has unfortunately loaned-out her charger to someone who is away for the day.

I checked the voltage, and it's just flat, not beyond saving.

Car back from service and MOT,no problems

I gave the lawn it's first cut of the year. 9 times I had to empty the hopper!

20 Pansies planted out front. The ground is bone dry, so I'll give them another soaking this evening.

I have plenty to do in the garden before the rains start tomorrow.
