An elderly neighbour called me over as her kitchen tube is dead. I gave them the details for a replacement LED tube that I can fit after modifying the fitting.

I modified the elderly neighbour's lamp batten and fitted the LED tube. I measured 30vac on the neutral line, so she'll need a visit from an electrician.
