Wait for a call from Pol to collect her from Casualty.

We just had 45 mins sitting in the park as the wind is cold

Pol waited 3 1/2 hours to be seen, and it was a nursing assistant who told her to wait a half hour more to have a cardiogram. By that time she had returned to normal. Discharged, and told to see her GP.

Food shop done and got some money out for my haircut next week, first time I have got cash out this year, nothing much for the rest of the day
