A final push on the lad's PIP forms after getting advice.

I opened a bank account for the missus today. But when I tried to transfer money to it, it wanted to send me an OTP (one time pass) to my mobile. But I had just changed numbers (from Virgin to ASDA).

So I went tried to change the number on their site, and it said it was sending OTPs to my new number, but nothing ever turned-up. So I spent 34 minutes in a queue to talk to someone. Even she couldn't do it!

I'll try again in a couple of days.
