Went to slimming club. Only lost half a pound this week - suspect I'm still suffering from the walk on Monday when I overdid the walk and made my ankles ache. They are puffy so possibly I'll do better next week

Amazon says that Pol's new monitor arrived yesterday. No it didn't.

Their chat robot says the order details were updated too early, and to give them until next Tuesday. It was on rush order, and she paid extra postage for it to arrive yesterday!
