I slept well, but I'm still waking too early.

Really woozy. I was quite down yesterday too.

I give up and the heating is back on. It's 14 in the living room brrrrrrr

20c in here with no heating.

I'm less woozy after a bit of work.

A late bath or shower knocks me out.

I'm OK, but could have done with an extra hour of asleep.

Bad nights sleep. I was waking every few hours. I got up at 7,etc the dog out and the window man arrived at 7.45. I could have cheerfully shot him.
Went for a nap at 11.30 and the phone started. Scam call. Opened Audible on my phone and it was interrupted 4 times with messenger 🙃.
My kingdom for some earplugs and a sleep mask.

Santander online banking has been down since this morning. I need to do a few transfers.
