Something woke me just after 5:30, and I just drifted in-and-out until I eventually gave up and got up.

Even the missus was up early this morning. But we are both a bit woozy.

Elated. A letter has arrived about the lad's PIP award.

Tired, didn't sleep well.

I start a new job in 3 weeks. I hope it works out.

The flageolet beans have had their effect.

Fed up of myself.
I banished all automatic spray fragrance plugs and units from the house because it made my asthma bad.
So, went shopping today and bought (can't remember the name) bathroom air fresheners like a liquid filled card thing.
Hell fire! I put one in his wet room, thought nothing more of it until he went back into bad and I opened the bathroom door. It took my breath away, made me gasp,made my heartbeat race. The bloody thing is in the outside bin now. One day, I'll learn 😌

Had trouble dropping off last night, then had weird dreams

Not had a nap yet, and I'm fading away....

Tired. Had a rubbish sleep

The quieter electric bin lorry is supposed to be used at night and early morning, but the noisy diesel one appeared just after 7am.

Once it woke me, that was the end for sleep.
