A street sweeper truck woke me just after 7 am.

I shall have to resign myself to the habit of waking too early and being unable to drop off again.

I managed to drop off again, but my bladder eventually got me up.

Me too. I'm starting to wonder if it's due to a noise outside.

Due to the council giving permission for the private access road to ASDA to be used as an entrance for a new Cancer Hospice (and expensive housing), it was pandemonium. 2/3 of the car park closed off during construction FOR THE NEXT 6 MONTHS!

Woke up early again, so got up and had an early shower

[Tâf]

The binmen woke me just after 7. As I lay there trying to drop off gain, I heard a single blast of a car horn. I looked outside, and it was a damned taxi outside the usual house.

[Tâf]

I called the taxi firm, and they will talk to their drivers AGAIN about sounding horns.

It didn't help though as I was half awake and heard the horn at 7:30 again this morning, and it was the same taxi.
