I was woken by a robot phonecall at exactly 8am, "The plumber is en route". He was already parked outside. Toilet bowl, ball valve, syphon and soil seal all changed to "bring it up to code". He forgot to bring a toilet seat, so our old one has been refitted, but a new one will be "posted" to us.

I woke, got up, then saw it was after 9.

I woke about 8, got bored, then got up after 9.

[Tâf]

Something woke me before 4am, but the next thing I knew, it was almost 9am.

I walked over to Tesco. Logjams in both directions, and big queues for the petrol station. Petrol at 149.9 whereas it is 147.7 in every other local supermarket.

OK better nights sleep as it was cooler

I woke, got up, then saw it was after 9.

I didn't hear the binmen! I'm up but weary.

No afternoon naps for the past couple of days as I kept myself busy to wear myself out.

[Tâf]

I'm up early, as the District Nurse could arrive at any time. But I'm knackered.
