Fed up with waking up at 7.30

Nothing woke me until I stirred around 9.

Woken up t 6 by a very noisy crow

I was woken just after 5, but dropped off again until my bladder alarm, went off after 9.

[Tâf]

So weary that if I was to have tried for a long, hot soak, I would have slept in the bath.

[Mike]

I slept well, but still woke too early.

[Tâf]

A cold sore on my lip has appeared for the first time in many years. I hit it with acylovir as that sorts it in a day usually.

[Tâf]

I walked to Aldi to buy pizza.

On arriving home I realised I had forgotten to buy pizza.

In the 20 minutes it took me to do a return trip, half a bar of chocolate I had bought in the first trip had vanished.

I woke, rolled over and 2 hours had passed.

[Tâf]

Lidl, and the main street around it, was deathly quiet. No driver is wanting to get stuck in a huge traffic jam caused by the roadworks, so they are avoiding the area altogether.

The entire M4 north of Cardiff was closed for hours since early morning due to a couple of accidents. Why does it take so long to clear roads these days?

The binmen were fairly quiet, but their flashing orange strobes woke me at 6:30.

[Tâf]

The hops in beer used to knock me out, but I woke just after 4am again.
