After doing the recycling triage outside, I came in feeling chilled to the bone. So I had a lie down. But I felt more and more knackered as the day passed. After tea, I had another lie down. That has warmed me up and I feel quite refreshed.

The missus had a 2:15 appointment for a 5-minute consultation in a hospital clinic. She had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, and then THREE HOURS for her 5-minute treatment.
