I got bored, checked the clock and saw that it was silly o'clock, so I tried for a lie-in. That didn't happen.

I was awake for ages, but a metal fairy shouting into a megaphone finally got me to get up just after 9:30.

[Tâf]

I was awake before the alarm, got bored, got up.

[Mike]

The early stop meant the missus wanted a nap before lunch. I had one afterwards. Pol had a screaming paddy about a daily report about her diet that she has to do before seeing the dietician again.

Once again, I woke too early, got bored, got up.

[Mike]

I was woken by the binmen pouring glass into their truck at 7:20. 

[Tâf]

I had a terrible night's sleep. A beep woke me a few times. It was before dawn that I realised that it was my phone telling me its battery was dying. Then Tesco gulls at dawn, a road sweeper before 8, and finally a noisy diesel chuntering away in the street.

I totally flaked after lunch.
