Pol did her usual thing: got up early, faffed-about doing unnecessary stuff, then was still not ready when it was time to leave, so she threw a wobbly... and her tablet box that showered the dining room with meds.

I was waiting for Pol to come out of the dentist, and a local lady (well known) started chatting. She told me that the practice was threatened with legal action for not carrying-out NHS dentistry. They immediately got the boss back from his second home in Madeira, and have started ploughing through the 4,000 case backlog.

Pol was told that I should phone and make a family appointment, but the phone doesn't answer!!

Slept a bit better last night

The dentist surgery is still not answering their phone.

The NHS dentists only have to catch up with current patients. The queue for NHS dentists in Plymouth is SIX YEARS, so we had to go private (or suffer agonies!) and it's really expensive!! They are not offering to shorten the queue any time soon.

I wish I could have. The twins were up around9 this morning, and weren't quiet.

I need some warm sunshine. Also, I'd like to open the curtains in a morning and the sun to stream through. It's been a very dark winter
