I'm too pooped to cook, so we're having the first Chinese takeaway for over 2 months.

A rare lunch: pate on toast.

Roast boneless leg of Aussie lamb (it's huge!) with spuds, carrots and loads of fine green beans. Luckily, I remembered to get Mint Sauce.

I shall braise the leftover lamb, or at least a half of it, and serve with the leftover veg.
