The ladies found some spice mixes online for Algerian Couscous, so I made a large potful yesterday for today. The mix smells very aromatic, so are probably going to be more Moroccan than Algerian.

The couscous spice mix was all I feared it would be, the wrong aromatics for our taste. So I have added cumin to improve it for today.
