"From 1st October, the price you pay per unit of energy will increase as the cost to buy and transport energy has increased.

We've worked out you're likely to pay £143 more per year. That's made up of £50 more per year for gas and £93 more per year for electricity - if you use the same amount of energy as you did over the last year."

But when I used their DD calculator it says I should pay £140 per month!!  Almost double the DD I pay now!!

Emails arrived yesterday to say that the twins' bank statements have been switched to online only. I reset that 2 months ago, but Santander are trying to wear me down by changing the option every couple of months.

A whole list of things that the council will now charge council tenants for. Including clearing blocked outside surface drains, specifically those that take the rain off the roof.

Both the missus and Pol now wear Blood Sugar Monitors. But the glue fails in seconds or hours, so they have to return them for exchange. The company blames "production errors" so we get about 4 a week replaced via the mail.

I ordered 2 LED head torches from Temu. They arrived with 2 in each box, but the advert doesn't mention that.
