A letter from the taxman. Almost £100 due in Income Tax from my savings account interest for 23/24. They will take it off one of my pensions in 12 instalments.

Tax on 24/25 will appear soon. It's hardly worth saving anything these days, as they will always hammer us.

The first moved her appointment from the 11th to the 21st.
The second moved it from the 21st to the 28th.

Amazon has just delivered a new weather station

Another batch of vapes for the missus. I'm surprised that she has stayed off the baccy for so long. The GP said that her oxygen levels were close to normal now.

I ordered a replacement power supply for a neighbour's battery-powered mower from Amazon at 11 this morning. They say it will be delivered TODAY.

It's coming from Bristol, not Swansea.

HMRC notification that they will be taking £14 a month in extra tax off me for 24/25 due to bank interest.

I set up a Cash ISA the other day, but Santander are being a bit tardy in letting me move money to it.

Booze for the lad, trousers for the missus, and a rust converter fluid for me.

Poll tax increase. Up 5.3%. The press release 2 days ago said 3.5%.

I bought rust converter from Temu. The pot lid was cracked during the trip, and it leaked inside the sealed bag, so they refunded me with no quibble at all.
