Uni students prowling around, looking for parking spaces.

3 students got out of a car that was half over our drive. Then the driver flapped when he saw me looking at him, and the 2 others gave him directions to park exactly clear of the dropped kerb.

One of the cats from next door almost caught our local fat squirrel.

We had to wait a minute as we entered the hospital grounds as the Air Ambulance landed right in front of us. A new experience for the missus to see.

I watched the entire concert a couple of evenings ago. This one got my foot tapping.

"Deadpool and Wolverine" was free on Disney last evening, so I watched that. It made a change from watching Anthony Bourdaine episodes for a while.

Dexter has finally appeared from behind a paywall. The first 2 episodes have me hooked.

I was 14 or so when this came out, after the watershed as it was deemed "adult"

An RAF Hawk just went over, low and fast.

One car shot off the pavement, not seeing a car coming up from behind. The second car swerved and hit a parked car. The first car didn't stop, and the second one shot off like a rocket behind it.

Then a white van came flying up the road and wiped-out a parked car's wing mirror.

All the excess parking is not just a nightmare for residents by taking up all the spaces available.

Those that are demanding Resident Only Parking had better read the council's latest idea: to increase the cost of residential parking permits from £30 to £35 for the first permit and from £80 to £120 for the second permit. No third permits, and visitor passes are pay-per-minute via an app that you have to prepay.

For some reason, Channel 5 did not show a few US series for ages, but they have now appeared on 5Star. The final series of Law and Order, NCIS and another couple are now programmed into my TIVO.

A neighbour had a delivery this afternoon. A new tele. The empty box is now outside like an advert for thieves. But they would have to be strong thieves, as it's a 98" screen on sale at Curry's for £5,999 !!! It weighs 61kg!!!

I turned the Tivo off just before midnight, and the TV flipped to terrestrial tele. I got engrossed with a "best bits" of the Graham Norton Show, and before I knew it, it was 1am.

We have a month of free Amazon TV, so I have made a long wishlist of films and TV series.
