Deluge around 7:30 has left flooded roads and our front path is impassible.

Short, sharp, lumpy sun showers. A lot of people running about without coats.

Sunset brought a couple of hours' rain. Invisidrizzle now, with bits of blue and 14c.

I was at the checkout in Aldi when a sudden roar started. A major deluge. A poor nurse got caught in it, gave up running as it was pointless, she walked past me dripping and with her uniform clinging and almost transparent.

It's sunny now though.
