It did, but we got a bit of proper rain anyway.

14c, hazy blue and drying fast now.

Solid blue all afternoon. It's going to drop like a stone this evening.

A starry 5c last night. Solid blue at 7c now, with the barometer at Set Fair.

Very dark, dry and a strong gusty wind again. But 12c!

It peaked just under 20c, then clouds came in, and it dropped to 18c. It's been dry, but heavy outbursts are rushing right at us from the West Country.

Cornwall is having a big lightning storm, and a few strikes are closing in on us.

It missed us by a couple of miles.

14c, damp and gloomy now.

Early heavy showers, with more coming from the south. A bit of blue and still 14c.

Cloud after lunch, then drizzle turned to rain. 14c.

Overcast and damp after an early downpour at 14c. No sign of the forecast thunderstorm.

A couple of blue hours, then heavy rain started mid-afternoon for a couple more hours.

A sudden downpour just before lunch made a lot of Uni students very soggy in just seconds. Fine drizzle and the occasional sharp shower now. 15c.

Light showers late into the evening. Overcast and calm now at 10c.
