It was sunshine and drifting clouds all day. 17c.

13c and actually raining this morning, and it looks like it rained most of the night, but the radar shows it's about to clear from the SW.

The rain stopped around midday, then the wind arrived, whipping the clouds along. A chilly 14c in that wind.

It was spitting at bedtime, and there are spots on the cars now. Bit's of blue, but also some dark clouds. 13c, and the wind is rising.

Overcast since lunch, again with that wind. 14c and some brightness on the western horizon now.

The forecasts are for overnight and morning rain, but the BBC has thrown in "thunderstorms" again.

We had a heavy downpour before bedtime.

Invisidrizzle has turned into light rain. Not a breath of wind, and it's only 11c!

All the rain stayed over in England, so all we had was the invisidrizzle and one 10-second shower. 15c with some blue out West again.

But the Marestails are soaking wet, so I can't spray them.
