Stiff back again, but not as bad,m it gradually goes during the morning

The binmen were extra noisy this morning. Brown bins are scattered all over the pavements and our bin was 3 doors away!

Then someone was using power tools outside just after 8.

I couldn't drop off again, so got up early today after waking and getting bored.

Back a lot better this morning

I was awake before 8, up before 9.

We've all got our booster appointments. Same place (miles away) and 3 different dates!

So I have been calling to ask for us to all get them at the same time.

Pol insisted on trying again and again. It took ages, but I eventually got the appointments sorted for the same place, same day and same time.

I woke to early, but couldn't drop off again.

Exhausted, I shall try for a short nap.

One extra glass of wine and I slept through to almost 11! I won't do that very often as I've lost a few hours.
